Partnering with the sales team, I designed a targeted email campaign supporting an upcoming industry expo, guiding users from registration through post-event follow-up across a sequence of invitation, confirmation, reminder, and post-event emails. Each email was built with clear messaging, structured hierarchy, and purposeful calls-to-action to highlight key technologies, drive pre-event exploration of featured equipment, and encourage connections with product experts on-site. The result was a cohesive set of ready-to-deploy emails that strengthened event communication and extended engagement beyond a single event.
